Characteristics.
- Fights habitual corrosion problems. Which means that provides higher resistance to corrosion for common stainless steels.
- Combines the favorable qualities of a ferritic alloy (high resistance to stress corrosion) with ones of an austenitic alloy (fabrication facility and resistance to corrosion).
- Consist of austenite pools surrounded by a continuous ferrite phase.
- Excellent chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen combination.
- Used in marine environments, laundered proceeds, closed loop water systems, flue gas desulphurization equipment and some applications in food processes.
