Characteristics.

  • Known in the industry as Alloy 617. It is a solid solution strengthened nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum. 
  • It has a unique combination of high temperature strength (1800 ° F higher than – 980 ° C) and oxidation resistance. 
  • Excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments. 
  • Is easily formed.  Accommodates welded by conventional techniques.
